Are you looking to make a positive change in your life? To learn coping skills, strategies, and the tools necessary to make that positive change in your life? Then you have come to the right place!
Individuals, couples, and families come to therapy for a variety of reasons. They can be complex, simple, known, or unknown. This is where therapy comes in, to help you identify what you want to change, how to change it, and learn how to achieve balance.

With a focus on language, communication, thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and emotions, you will be on a path toward balance and positivity.

Thank you for taking the important step of seeking support. Often people are faced with challenges that can lead to feelings and emotions that can leave them feeling depressed, anxious, lonely, or traumatized.

Maybe you are challenged with your career or relationships. This can leave us feeling an imbalance in our lives.

Whatever it is you are facing, I am here to help you explore ways to shift and change in a way that is right for you. By learning coping skills and strategies, you will become equipped to manage your communication, beliefs, and values to shift your perspective toward solutions.

I am an agent of change. I work with what you bring into the session and support you where you are at.
